Hi, thanks for your question. This phone was originally issued by AT&T and works on all SA networks including Vodacom, MTN, Cell C & 8ta. The warranty is valid across all SA networks. The phone does not have its original box as we import directly from US and bring in genuine phones & accessories, but not the boxes. This is mainly to save cost so we can supply at an average of 60% of new cost. This phone is not new, but is virtually unused and is supplied with a genuine battery & charger. Accessories such as data cables, ear phones, covers, screen protectors & extra batteries can be purchased on check out. Regards, Guy
