EXTREMELY SCARCE ORIGINAL
1900 CAPE OF GOOD HOPE MEDAL TO PTE J. CARROLL P.A.V.G. ( Prince Alfred Vol Guards. )
Pte Carroll took part in two campaigns and was awarded two clasps namely Basutoland and Bechuanaland.
Only 585 people were awarded two clasps which makes this medal very rare.
These medals are Extremely difficult to find and are highly sought after by collectors.
The medal is 100% original and named correctly, and Carroll is confirmed
on the medal roll.
The Medals hanger and two clasps are missing but the medal itself is undamaged.
There are a few people around the country that can repair the medal with original clasps and hangers.
If you require more info on that then just ask me at the end of the auction.
BIDDING STARTS @ ONLY R1
Thank you and God bless you.
