Hi, the head that is included is the "clip" that connects the camera to the tripod, so you don't have to buy anything extra. Shipping depends on how you would like me to send it, eg. overnight or normal post. Shipping cost is not included in the price as I have already lowered the price. I hope you are still interested, it is a great buy!
