Excuse my ignorance, but how does the TV-Out work? What kind of cables are required, and are they included? Is this compatable with any TV, or must the TV have a special type of input ???

The card has TV-Out as well as a S-Video out connection.
With the S-Video you need to buy a S-Video cable it didn't come with the card. All the new model TV's comes standard with a S-Video connection. This connection enables you to transfer Video as well as Sound to the TV where the TV-Out only transfers the Video.
If you have quite a new TV you should probably have AV connections on the back. If you look on the back of the TV you will see 4 or 6 AV inputs/outputs.
There will be both sound and Video. You just plug the cable in on the Graphics Card and then into the Video In AV Input on the TV. The AV cable comes with the card.
