Windmill lighters are more than just windproof, they are storm proof. These amazing lighters can withstand winds up to 120km per hour! They produce a small yet hot jet flame, hot enough to easily melt solder for example. Windmill lighters feature easy one-handed operation, piezo-electric ignition, water resistance, flame window and flame adjustment. They use butane gas, which is much easier to refill than lighter fluid. The piezo-electric igniter means no flints to replace.

By adding a durable elastomer armour casing, Windmill's Delta Shockproof series has all the storm proof capabilities you expect of a regular Windmill lighter plus incredible impact resistance. Deltas feature a stainless steel wire clip to stay watertight even if dropped. A loop in the casing allows you to attach it securely, and a see-through window lets you see how much fluid is left.
Please ensure that you use a good quality gas so as not to clog up the gas filter.
