This is the plain edge Durban Club 6d - identified in Hern as 172b
I have never seen another plain edge Durban club 6d in this UNC condition - it spent over 120 years in the clubs display cabinets before being sold. (The fabric it sat on has left a slight round mark on the reverse - see images below.
