I won the bid. I made fast payment to the account of the seller. I received the item - then deal was sealed. Later on, the seller requested me to provide proof of payment, I could not produce because I destroyed receipt after receiving good. THEN, IF PAYMENT WAS NOT MADE, WHY SELLER HAS SHIPPED THE ITEM TO ME?

I have proof (my bank statement) that the payment wasn’t made. Xameno was aggressive from the start, maybe the bank made a mistake, I never accused him for not paying, I took his word the time he send me the email saying he did the payment, I send the phone, the end of the month when I reconcile my checkbook I couldn’t find the payment. I ask for a duplicate to start tracking the payment and from that day, Xameno declare war.
