Invoicing
By the first week of each month, you will be emailed an invoice. This invoice will be for the month before the last month. For example, in the 1st week of February 2004 you will receive the invoice for the month of December 2003. This invoice will provide you with current charges for the month, payments made by you and fee credits. The invoice will also specify the total amount payable by you to bidorbuy.

1. How will I know how much is due on my bidorbuy Account?

You can check your bidorbuy User Account from the My bidorbuy's Sellers View area at any time to get an up to date balance on your Account. This Account is updated once a day. Just go to the Member's area by clicking the "My bidorbuy's Selling" tab on the top navigation bar, and then click on Fee Account to get the balance of your bidorbuy Account. Fees are only applied the day after an Auction or Buy Now has closed

Also, you will receive an electronic Tax Invoice/Statement once a month via email that states how much is due on your bidorbuy Account.

2. When will my Tax Invoice/Statement from bidorbuy be issued?

On the first working day of every month you will be invoiced for the activity on your bidorbuy Account over the past month. An Electronic Tax Invoice/Statement will then be emailed to you.

3. When will I receive my Tax Invoice/Statement from bidorbuy?

You should receive your Electronic Tax Invoice/Statement within 14 days of it being issued on the first working day of every month. To request another copy of your Tax Invoice/Statement, email our Customer Support Team.

4. I did not receive my Tax Invoice/Statement from bidorbuy.

If you did not receive your Electronic Tax Invoice/Statement via email, it is still your responsibility to pay your bidorbuy fees. You can check your bidorbuy Account from the Member's area at any time to get an up to date balance on your bidorbuy Account or you can request another copy of your Tax Invoice/Statement by emailing our Customer Support Team.
