I did NOT receive the Face Serum, won on Auction. An inferior replacement product was sent to me & I am still waiting for the Buyer to rectify this. Responded 01 Mar 2021
The Order for the Auction won on 16th May, was only dispatched on 23rd May. The parcel is only now at the Cape Hub, 22 days, & still in transit to me. Responded 07 Jun 2018
