great seller, first time I had paid "online" by credit card. Smooth transaction and great service!
I ordered an Air Rifle with a scope. Did not receive the scope. Queried it 3 times and every time some different excuse. Will not deal with thieves like these again!!
Not happy at all!! Paid my money immediately after placing the order on the 10 June and all I received was an email with a sob story, with the seller distancing himself from the whole deal! He provided details of another person who was taking over all dealings, but to date, I have not been able to get in touch with him, as he does not answer any calls or emails! Surely this is illegal!
I am quite disappointed. I made payment several weeks ago but still have not received the goods that were purchased!!!! WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SELLER AGAIN. I ALSO HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM BidorBuy.
I've won 2 cargo-nets, 100 pack dvd cases + a guided leveler for R266. The postage was R170, and I paid in full (R436). Since 24 May '06 I lodged more than 20 enquiries, made calls & complained but up to now I' just have 10 dvd cases and a guided leveler. My enquiries as to what happended to the other products or the remaining R350 is just ignored! No excuse for poor service.

Had to wait extremely long for the product. Did receive it however. If the seller can improve delivery service, he will receive better ratings. Product as specified though!
Not delivered passes blame over to another person and BOB does nothing do not buy from this person you are giving money away for no product!!!!!!!!!!!1
So disgusted.As far as I am concerned this is theft.These people offer goods,Take your money and you never hear from them again.Their main website Great Auctions does the same so please people avoid them.
Paid for goods never heard a thing since.No goods,no refund impossible to contact will never do bussiness with Great Auctions again,somebody needs to ban their other web site as well.Lost alot of money there too.Very bad reflection on bid or buy
The sadly defective item was returned late June for replacement as agreed. Since 30 June there has been no communication, my emails are ignored, the phone numbers go unanswered and I have nothing to show for my money. The item quality is suspect and the service is disgraceful. Buyers are warned.
I paid for these items 6 weeks ago and have received nothing yet. Received an e-mail from Justin 17 July 2006 stating that he no longer works for Great Auctions and therefore cannot help with my query. No good enough, sorry. I have asked BoB to ban this seller....
Everything went fine until I made payment, after this point in time I had no responce from the seller, and as of today 18th July 2006, I have still not received my package, these type of seller should be banned from BoB, I have reported the matter to BOB but their responce has been just as pathetic. Therefore I should not even be rating this sale as the seller has actually stolen my money, should actually lay a charge against him.
