Bought Toshiba laptop from KBSA. They lied about the amount of free slots available for RAM upgrade. They promised to send me a single unit of RAM in exchange for the two I have. They now don't return my emails are calls and haven't heard from them in 3 weeks.
i collected my product the next day as i needed it urgently, the seller was very helpful, although im still waiting to find out about an extra batter. Will buy again.
Payment made 19.03.07; 26.03.07 dealer offers refund until stock arrives; I OK waiting longer; 02.04.07 enquire if if supplier can commit to delivery date; 19.04.07 I accept offer of refund; 26.04.07 dealer informs me refund being processed same day; 02.05.07 I again ask refund, also to cancel deal; 03.05.07 I inform dealer unless refund is made immediately, I will give negative rating; 09.05.07 dealer asks me to confirm bank details for refund; 14.05.07 still no refund.
Beware of this seller. He advertises stock that he does not have and then makes empty promises about delivery. He does not answer his telephone or return calls. After stringing you along for a few weeks, he unilaterally files a SNC. If you want peace of mind, no matter how tempting his offer is, stay away from him.
I advertise stock that I do have on hand and specials that my suppliers offer to me. Yes, it it disappointing. And I apologise again. This sale is null and void due to incapability of our supplier to supply this product. You did not make any payment in the first place hence you do not need to be refunded or have any further explainations. Responded 09 May 2007
The photo and the phone that I received is not the same. The question was asked but the seller refrained to answer. The ad states that the phone is in excellent condition, that is a lie .The seller said he will sent me new covers , that is an admission about the condition of the phone.The sellers action was fraudelent from the start and I want my money back. Looking at all the other negative responses. this seller should be banned.
when I receive the phone the first thing I will do is check to see if its the exact same phone I sent to you cause the one I sent to you worked 100% and had slight surface scratches. What did you expect a BRAND NEW PHONE? The add for the auction said SECOND HAND PHONE and it was sold to you at 1 third its original price. I bought 2 Plasmas on 28 April. Did the EFT the same night. I'm still waiting for delivery. Are these guys crooks? Have I given my money to scam artists? If not, and I hope not, this is pathetic service to promote delivery within 48 hours and I've been waiting 7 days. They'll never see my business again!

Still no plasmas. Still no tracking no's. Still no reply to sms, calls and emails. I've clearly been conned. Stay away from these clowns. God have mercy on them.

I bought this Plasma TV from seller on the 1st May, did the EFT the next morning. I have phoned and send emails, no response. 11/05/07 STILL WAITING ON "PROMISE" TRACKING NO, NO ANSWER OF PHONE OR CELL!!!! I have been patient but its now time to take action, if there is someone out there who have deal with this guy and can give me his Name which I think is Rashin Maharaj his physical address and warehouse details I will really appreciate it. 1st of May was a public holiday! Secondly this was a short week, and thirdly I've been out of the office for most of the week and our couriers ALWAYS run late with deliveries on short weeks. 25/04/2007 paid 25k 4 2 almost a month ago & was refunded for them 24/04/2007. item not delivered.. 02/05/2007so far its a big fat naught, no laptops no tracking numbers.08/05/2007 STILL HAVENT RECIEVED LAPTOPS!!! 09/05/2007 seller files SNC, sale declared null and void... generally very disappointing... the pros and cons of shopping on BIDORBUY i guess...

You are one heck of a client. You ordered the laptop on Friday morning. Your guy was meant to collect the machine from our offices. I did you a favour by delivering it to him for free and that too I had to rush after work in traffic to him cause you are one paranoid guy. Then you needed a bag.
