After 3 emails and 4 phone calls to the buyer to make payment, I have still not received any response. I am very willing to conclude the deal with the buyer and will definately change the adverse rating as soon as payment is made. I am really sorry that I have to resort to a negative rating, as this buyer has an unspoilt record to date.
