is this how you treat buyers who pay promptly?? By leaving them poor ratings and then COMPLETELY ignoring them for weeks on end???? You combined items without my requesting to do so, though I paid for DOUBLE SHIPPING!? Then after practically BEGGING you by e-mail and sms for a positive rating for over 4 consecutive weeks, I get 100% ignored. (You left a neutral rating for what???
