Hi, I actually did request the tracking no, and was informed that somebody new had taken over from you guys and was tring to find the order, I followed up again and had no response, so you see I fail to understand how I should not be un-impressed with your service, Try not being sarchastic with your paying customers in future and rather apply the rule"The Customer is always right" All you have done is annoy me further.
