As i have tried contacting this seller now many times and sent numerous email understanding she had family issues, it is irresponsible to take peoples money and not come back to them or send their items. Paid long ago and item not received will be claiming from bidorbuy, unacceptable
After countless promises that the money would be paid I have received nothing and an SNC has been filed. So dissapointing and shocking for an established BOB user like this, it really makes me wonder. I am still willing to reverse this if I receive an explanation or payment within the next 3 days.
Not amused. Not impressed. Seller gave misleading and wrong information on availability of product, as well as shipping instructons and despite my request for a refund refused. No word or feedback in the interim, payment had been made swiftly within 24 hrs, since the 24th of August still waiting...still waiting...
I explained to you that your goods are being imported and to please be patient. You will see that I have never had this problem before. I apologise for not meeting your very high expectations but I have not yet received the shipment. I will forward it to you as soon as it arrives. I ordered and paid for this product 2 months ago. No replies to my email or telephone calls. What is happening??? If you are unable to supply the products please reimburse monies paid to you.
I have e-mailed buyer that I was experiencing a problem with my supplier. The problem has been sorted out now. Her goods will arrive tomorrow and I will forward it to her on Wednesday. Please alter rating accordingly... Responded 03 Sep 2007
