I emailed this buyer 4th August, no reply, and tonight I phoned him - says something else has come up, he's new to this, and he'll "PROBABLY" phone me on Friday. I explained that he will get a negative rating, and quite frankly I don't know how long I should hang around like this. I think it is really unethical.
