While we do assist buyers and sellers (please see our Terms and Conditions) to try resolve disputes and to provide guidelines where possible, Bob Shop is ultimately just a venue for buyers and sellers to trade (much in the same way as classified newspapers are). We therefore do not get involved in buyer and seller disputes and should you have a dispute with a particular party then it is up to you and the other party to resolve it.

We encourage you to make use of the Bob Shop Rating System by providing feedback on your experience with this transaction so that other users in the Bob Shop community may benefit from your experience with this user. Should this user reach an unacceptable level of negative ratings, then he/she can be suspended from further use of the site. Unfortunately, in cases where we cannot determine which party is at fault, we will generally rely on this system. We apologise that we cannot be of any further assistance to you in this matter.
