As per the Bob Shop Terms and Conditions you are legally obliged to fulfill your auctions/transactions when you have a winning bidder/buyer. Please note -  that if you receive money for goods/services and do not deliver these goods/services this constitutes fraud under South African law and criminal charges can be laid against you if you fail to deliver the goods.
