All prevailing South African laws - applicable to the principal, who is the source in this case, and his agent, who is the Trading Broker appointed as a distributor/dealer/wholesaler/retailer to sell the principal's products - will be applicable when you hire a Trade Broker. Please clearly state the terms and conditions under which you will operate with your Trade Broker.
