“Born in Sydney Australia, to Greek parents, Irene first made her mark as a highly sought after international model. Now, happily married to a South African for 12years, and a busy mother of two, Irene is best known for being one of SABC 3’s continuity presenters for 9 years.
Proving that she’s no stranger to TV, Irene has also made a guest appearance on the local drama series Isidingo, and hosted the popular Sanlam Money Game. You may have also seen Irene in numerous commercials.
Some of Irene’s other accolades include: Best Female TV Presenter, 2001, in the
People Crystal Awards; and Best Dressed TV Presenter 2003,in the 'People Crystal Awards'; voted one of FHM’s 100 Sexiest women in 2001 and 2002 and voted the Best TV Presenter in the 'Best of Johannesburg Leisure Options', 2001, 2002, 2006 and 2007.
