Callie and Monique Strydom is known as SA Hostages. Held hostage for 4 months by Al Quaeda Terrorist, their story is one of survival and of a nation coming together to work for their release. After their release they have dedicated their lives to helping others and their charity, Matla A Bana, a voice against child abuse, helps more than 4000 abused children every year.
Monique is one of SA's most popular motivational speakers and currently the co-host of "Tasse en Matrasse", a radio travel show. Both Callie and Monique has been the recipients of the Rotary International Paul Harris Award.
