Original KA 1910 "Kolonialamt" marked German Colonial mounted soldier (Schutztruppe) saddle bags originally from German South West Africa (today Namibia). Probably a South African Union Defence Force army bringback form the 1914 / 1915 invasion of the DSWA colony. One buckle and strap missing. Leather can do with some leather oil. Carries small maker's name stamps on both sides, which is hard to read, but looks like they were made in Bavaria ("BAYERN")?
