| DESCRIPTION | A beautifully executed South African landscape painting depicting a view over an escarpment, painted in oil paint by listed South African Artist L E WIESNER. The artist has not dated it, but the period frame indicates that it was probably painted in the 1970s. It is painted on artist board (treated hardboard) and framed in the original period frame with inner frame. The painting is medium in size and measures 45 x 57 cm and the artwork alone measures 30 x 42 cm. You can see the painting as it is sold in the image above.
