Very professional service. But delivery is slow even if you pay the extra money for courier. Other than that the product etc is what you expect.

After innitial faulty item and long returns process (waiting), it was replaced. . . Not to happy for having to pay for sending it back though. . .

The product = good. The price = good. Communication just good until they recieve my money, then it went downwords. Had to call 4 times for info.

I believe this phone is an excellent buy but Ive had problems with it & now I have to do all the running around, not much help from Premium Stores:(

The item took 26 work days to get to me. Should have taken 14. No e-mail in this time. I had to phone twice. I am happy with product, but not service.

Delivery went fine. The product was however quite difficult to apply to the phone - lot's of tricky small little strips - coming loose in places.
