The dvd I bought is of very poor quality and no one ever seems to get back to my query to exchange these for decent quality ones. I have tried numerous times through Skippy and the watchdog. But no luck. I will never buy or advice anyone to buy from this seller!!

We sincerely apologise for this. One parcel from our order from our supplier that was suppose to arrive before we left for overseas was delayed by two days at customs and so were were unable to take delivery of it as we were overseas. We did try to get the courier company to deliver to a friend to send out but it was extremely difficut from overseas. Seller responded promptly to clear up misunderstanding re payment . Have not received product yet but expect delivery once seller returns from holiday.

Fantastic seller! Replied to all my questions & e-mails. Product recieved timeously and in good order. NOTHING the seller did can be faulted! Only negative thing I can say is I was not totally impressed with the packaging of the prodcuct (not from seller - but from the sellers distributor), it is a bit cheap lookng - BUT keep in mind this has NOTHING to do with the seller, so this was not their fault @ all! Thank you SO much, will def do business with this seller again!
