I am VERY disappointed in this seller! I bought this item on the 5/10 and paid him on 9/10. Absa Bank automatically notified him of payment and I sent NUMEROUS e-mails( with attached proof of payment!) requesting a tracking number. Have received NOTHING thusfar! Warren cannot be phoned and he does not reply to my e-mails! I am DISGUSTED!
No delivery yet, seller did communicate there was a problem which he had solved but still nothing yet, contacted seller abt it last week no feedback as yet. Seller had given me tracking number which turns out to be false. Seems to be his pattern.
Have not received product, 25-IN-1 Stainless steel Multi-tool. Deposited money into account on 06/10/07. Emailed, no response, need tracking no. please. URGENT!!
Very,very disapointed with this seller. Payment was made 26/09/07 and my buyers name used as reference. On the same day I sent an e-mail ( the only contact detail available ) stating money had been paid.Up until now no tracking number supplied. Last week sent another e-mail quering details and still no reply. Have now sent another e-mail this morning and hope something will happen !!!!!
I still havent received my surprise hamper. I have been given a tracking number and ahve been to the POst office for two weeks and I was told the number is not listed (does not exist). I am still waiting for almost 4 weeks for a surprise.......I guess it will be a real surprise. Will change the rating once being surprised

You win some you lose some! I've been having problems with stock and shipping but hardly any complaints with my items at all. Items NOT bought from a Crazy store! What an insult. If that's where buyer wishes to shop maybe it's he who should be prevented from buying anything from BoB?
