Phoned the seller, confirmed payment of extra money for 3 year extended guarantee, this has not been confirmed in any way to date. Original product specification said to include Vista, but product shipped with XP.
Seller is not reachable, he advertised the laptop as a 60GIG but its only 40GIG he hasn't admitted fault or compensated me. The Seller was blacklisted when using the user name Launchzone for the same problems and he is now using SiyandaC. Buyers Be careful of this seller. I don't recommend him.
After chatting to the seller the miss understanding has been sorted and prepared to compensate for the loss of the delivery feehe has been honorable in the deal and i now recommend highly
This bidorbuyer can not READ auction listings properly. Purchased a NEW SERIES LG laptop and thought it was brand new in the box when the listing clearly states it is SECOND HAND and the auction description also states that the condition is like new. Extremely difficult to get hold of seller. Paid for item on 23 June 2007 and almost two weeks later, still no tracking number or delivery. Seller comes up with new excuses every time I manage to get hold of him as to why tracking number has not been sent. Seller is linked to The Launch Zone which has been blacklisted on BidorBuy.
As explained via fax with you today, your laptop is still with fujitsu in durban awaiting the hard drive to be replaced under warranty. Not only are you getting a 80GB hard drive compared to the 40Gb that you paid for, we are also refunding your shipping costs in full for the delay. If you are not happy with this, then we will GLADLY refund you in full and file a SNC with bidorbuy. Your negative feedback is invalid. I have spoken to you everyday since Monday.
