My DVD box set took a week longer to arrive, to my dismay the third DVD (season 1) has a huge clog of glue on. The 16th DVD was ckracked AND the last DVD (17) does not want to play. I have tried to phone you, but you have not given any responce... I AM REALY NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS...

Sorry, but cheap chinese copies that dont work do not deserve a positive rating. That's R 619-00 down the toilet.
